A short audit that shows where your time and energy are actually going — followed by a 1:1 session to identify what needs to change first.
1-on-1 session · 45 minutes Four minutes to complete. Your fee confirms your slot
If more than two of those landed, keep reading
And eventually you stop questioning the system and start questioning yourself.

Instead of deciding what to do by whatever is loudest…
Instead of saying yes and resenting it later…
Instead of starting again every few weeks…
Instead of being last on your own list…
None of that requires leaving the life you've built.

Nothing on your list is wrong. You're not lazy, or disorganised, or lacking discipline. The problem isn't that you need another productivity system. It's that the way your time, energy and responsibilities are currently organised leaves too little room for what matters to you.
Which is why the free content hasn't worked. It was never going to. It answers a question you already know the answer to. The question worth asking is a different one: where is your time and energy actually going right now, and what's the first thing that has to change?

I spent sixteen years in corporate technology and learning. I've been coaching for five. I didn't come to this work through a career plan. I lost my father, and about three years later I lost my mother.
Until then I'd been doing what most of us do — building the career, running the house, handling what needed handling, moving from one milestone to the next without stopping to ask whether any of it was what I actually wanted. Losing both of them made me ask questions I'd never asked. What actually matters to me? Who am I underneath all the roles?
What I found is that there's a difference between functioning well and living in alignment with yourself. I was extremely good at the first one. Coaching helped me understand my values, patterns and choices — and start becoming much more deliberate about how I wanted to use my time and live my life. Since then I've supported more than 300 people through coaching, workshops and personal-development programmes.
You don't need to abandon the life you've built. You need to stop disappearing inside it.

Where your time and energy are actually going
Your audit scores across five areas — and what they say about how your weeks really run.

What's genuinely keeping you stuck
Usually not what you assume it is. This is the part most people have never had someone look at with them.

What actually matters to you right now
Often not the same as what you're spending your time on. We name the gap.

What can come off the pile
What can go, what needs a boundary, what needs to stop being yours to carry.

One thing to change this week
Not a plan for next year. One specific change, and you leave with it whether or not we ever work together again.
One thing to change this week
You're a working professional, typically in your 30s or 40s
You probably have people at home who need you
From the outside your life looks like it's going well — and mostly it is
You're the person everyone relies on
You've noticed you're last on your own list
You've tried to fix this yourself more than once
You want to change how you're living, not walk away from it
You're ready to invest time, energy and resources in changing this — not just consume more information
This isn't for you if
You're looking for therapy or treatment for a health condition — that's important work, and it isn't what I do
You want someone to hand you a routine to follow
You're hoping for a quick fix
You're not in a position to change anything about how your weeks run right now
You're only looking for information rather than being ready to make changes
About four minutes. Nothing long to write.
You get your full scored results straight away, and you pick a session time from my calendar.
This is first and foremost a working session. We'll go through your results and identify what needs to change. If I believe my 1:1 programme could help you go further, I'll explain it at the end — and there is absolutely no obligation to continue.
No. Come as your week actually is, not as you'd like it to look.
Then that's worth talking about. Most of the women I work with have tried something before. Usually the issue was that it gave them more to do rather than helping them decide what deserved their time.
No, and it isn't a substitute for it. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
No. Sessions are on video, and I work with women across India.
